The Essential - $125 USD

Up to 30 min raw audio, intro/outro music and audio files, master audio, removal of unwanted sounds and repetitive words.

Mid-level - $150 USD

As above, plus extra editing including removal of more filler words/phrases, fades, promotions/ads inclusion and transcription.

Intricate - $200 USD

As above, plus more advanced editing, show notes, titles, chapter markers, advice on audio clips for social media, directory uploads, tags, and a priority turnaround time.

Setting the scene - $150 USD

Guest Episodes (host + guest)

The Basics - $175 USD

Up to 30 min raw video/s (max two), split screens (if possible), focus on the speaker, removal of unwanted sounds, removal of conversation clash, 1080p resolution, polished audio file, intro/outro music/video and transcription.

Polished - $225 USD

As above, plus more refined editing of conversation, three social media clips, chapter markers, show notes, titles, mid-roll promo/ad inclusion, smoother fades, tags and directory upload (if needed).

Episode longer than 30mins? - $50 USD per extra 30mins of raw video

In-depth research of the guest, including previous guest appearances, media and background. Book a guest using your calendar. Develop interview questions and send them to the guest ahead of the scheduled interview. Add in some challenging and engaging questions to enhance your standing.

Pitching to podcasts for you to be a guest on (max 10 podcast pitches). In-depth research that fits with your brand and expertise. Individualise pitching emails for each pitch with your media kit. Liaise with the podcast to confirm timings that align with your availability. Build relationships with all podcasts to maintain communication for further guest appearances and recommendations. Collect any post-release materials, such as the audio file, show notes, or social media clips.
